The team provided really good service. I appreciated their kindness. the quality of the restaurant is really high. the breakfast was really good. we loved the luxury soaking tub with bath salts in the room. we woke to the lovely sound of birds chirping
The location relies on the bus station. The busses are overcrowded! i had to take overpriced taxis. the location was a let down. there weren't any shuttle services for the guests. It only exists for pick-up from the train station

the wellness centre IS nice.
The hotel IS located in a terrible spot, it depends on a walk to the bus station WITH buses THAT are infrequent AND overcrowded. Taxis are far TOO expensive AT 50 francs per ride.
